our story
Hospo Dojo was inspired by the discipline and immersive training found in a dojo. The idea was born from our founder, Paul Ayyash, going on a journey of growth and education. While completing his MBA online he saw the gap in the hospitality industry heightened because of the pandemic. The industry was shifting towards disconnection and a lack of passion. Drawing from his 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and as a licensed food service consultant, Paul built Hospo Dojo to provide hospitality professionals with the strategic roadmap, education, and mentorship they needed to take the next step towards their goals.
Hospo Dojo is the training space that arms people with the tools and clarity to navigate the industry. Just like a dojo, we are a community of industry experts sharing insights and experiences to empower others. A safe and collaborative space where hospitality professionals learn and grow, where senseis and students come together for the long haul. Our groups of sensei genuinely have a passion and want to help people, this is more than a business it’s a way of life for them.
